Go in the front door, down the stairs, take a right down the hallway, and there are two single stall, locking bathrooms, one with a picture of James Dean and one with a picture of Marilyn Monroe.

Third Chapter is does quality tattoo work and is also very queer friendly. they share the building with a smoke shop in the other suite, the bathrooms are available whenever the building is open, but you don't actually have to go into the smoke shop or Third Chapter to get to them.
