The place isn't in the arcade that is described as Faneuil Hall it's just outside. It's on the corner of Chatham Street, near Plaza III (which is in the arcade. Go in from the entrance at the corner, and walk to the left of the bar, it's all the way in the back. The door is on the right. There are other bathrooms on the other side downstairs, these are gendered.

In the evening they card, it's a pretty happening place for drinks after work. During the day it's a lot slower, tourists and locals eating lunch. It's a nice place to grab a quick pub lunch.
